SIP numbers of mobile operators

Sip numbers connect to sip trunks "Permanent Ukraine", "Universal Mobile", "Incoming mobile", "Lifecell mobile", and besides the standard application can also be used for call tracking.
SIP numbers are connected only to legal entities and private individuals for use in Ukraine (except for Crimea and the ATO zone).

  • To make multi-channel incoming and outgoing calls in our channels Permanent Ukraine SIP numbers 044 are used.
    When connected to a trunk, by default 1 number 044 is included, the cost of an additional number in a trunk is 30 UAH/month.
    By default, the number is 5-channel, with an increase in the volume of subscriber traffic, we can provide additional channels.
  • Due to the operator’s limitations, full-fledged SIP-numbers of Vodafon cannot be connected for simultaneous reception and making of multi-channel calls in Ukraine. Using our products you can get around this limitation as much as possible and:

    1) connect any Vodafon number for receiving multi-channel incoming calls to our channels "For incoming Ukraine". For these purposes, an existing operator number can be used or a new one can be ordered. Monthly the cost of binding one number is 100 UAH. with VAT. B in case you already have number, and you want to receive incoming calls via SIP, you need to configure unconditional call forwarding from this number to our technical number according to the rules operator.

    2) connect any Vodafon number for making multi-channel outgoing calls to our channels "Mobile Ukraine (outgoing)" . For these purposes, an existing operator number can be used or a new one can be ordered. The monthly cost of linking one number to channels - 100 UAH. with VAT The restriction for such a connection is that you cannot call back these numbers (reverse callback is closed).

  • Due to the operator’s limitations, full-fledged Kyivstar SIP-numbers cannot be connected for simultaneous receiving and making multi-channel calls in Ukraine. Using our products you can get around this limitation as much as possible and:

    1) connect any Kyivstar number for receiving multi-channel incoming calls to our channels "For incoming Ukraine". For these purposes, an existing operator number can be used or a new one can be ordered. Monthly the cost of binding one number is 100 UAH. with VAT.   • Lifecell mobile multi-channel numbers can be connected:
    1) for making incoming and outgoing multi-channel calls to the Lifecell Mobile Ukraine trunks . The cost of monthly maintenance of a number line in a trunk is 40 UAH.
    2) to receive incoming calls in the Universal Mobile Ukraine trunks and "For Incoming Mobile" . The cost of monthly room service in the trunk is 50 UAH.

Advantages of Mobile SIP Numbers over 0800 Numbers

  • When using the 0800 numbers, the call is always paid (for you or for the client). Payment per minute (cost per minute from 0.40 UAH). Using our SIP numbers to receive customer calls, you only pay fixed monthly subscription fee for channels and numbers (when using Lifecell numbers, a one-time fee is charged for the fact of the call). Knowing the volume of monthly traffic, it is easy to calculate the benefits of using our services: one of the largest cargo transportation companies in Ukraine, switching from 0800 to our SIP numbers of mobile operators, reduced its communication costs by 4 (!!!) times.
  • 0800 are different - in some cases you pay for the minutes of communication, in others the client. Consumers of Ukraine have many times been faced with withdrawing money from their accounts when calling to different 0800 (especially if the owner of 0800 does not warn about a paid call for a client). According to market research, customers trust the simple mobile numbers on the website much more than the 0800 numbers with not always obvious costs - if they choose 80% of the time, they will call the mobile number.
