• The verification process through an instant call (Flashcall) occurs as follows:
  
  1. The user specifies their number in the appropriate field on the website or in the mobile application.
  2. The TrueCall system makes an outgoing call to the specified user number.
  3. During the call, the website or application draws the user's attention to the last four digits of the phone number, which serve as the confirmation code.
  4. Entering this code in the appropriate field completes the verification process, thereby confirming user access.
  
  By default, the service uses numbers from the provider's general pool. If desired, customers can set up an individual pool of numbers for flash calls, under such connection conditions please contact our managers.
• The process of verification through the use of a voice menu is performed as follows:
  
  1. The user specifies their number in the appropriate field on the website or in the mobile application.
  2. After that, information about the number is transmitted via API to the TrueCall service.
  3. Then, the service initiates a call to the specified number. After picking up the handset, the user is asked to confirm their identity by pressing a certain digit on the phone.
  4. Finally, TrueCall sends confirmation of successful verification back to the site or app.
• The procedure for verification through code dictation is as follows:
  
  1. The user specifies their number in the appropriate field on the website or in the mobile application.
  2. This number is transmitted via API to the TrueCall service.
  3. Our service initiates a call to the specified number. After the user answers, the voice assistant dictates a special code or password. 4. The user must enter the received code or password in the designated field on the website or in the app to confirm their identity and complete the authorization.
